+ Shipping Within New York

Orders shipped within New York are picked up by FedEx Mondays-Fridays when the shop opens at noon. All orders and adjustments must be in place by 5pm the previous day to ensure it will be collected with our next pickup. 

  • Shipping rates are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size, quantity, and destination of the order. Shipping containers will be charged at cost.
  • A recipient 21 or older must be available to sign for the package.
  • Our default is FedEx Ground, but if you wish to ship using a faster method, please contact the shop for a quote and we will adjust the shipping cost after the order has been placed. We do not ship via UPS. 
  • At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Your FedEx tracking number can be found within the Order History section of your online customer account via the View Details link next to your order number (unavailable for orders placed with guest checkout). If you cannot locate your order confirmation email or tracking information through your online account, please call the shop between 12pm and 7pm any day of the week. 

+ Shipping Outside New York 

Orders out of state will be shipped once a week, on Tuesday. All orders and adjustments must be in place by 5pm on Monday.

  • Once your purchase is complete, you hereby authorize us to transfer your purchased items to a third party shipping company. You hereby agree to take sole responsibility for complying with all laws regarding importation of alcohol into your state. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Kingston Wine Co. to buyer.
  • Shipping rates are calculated during checkout and are based on the weight, size, quantity, and destination of the order. Shipping containers will be charged at cost.
  • We ship to most states but not all states, and may need to confirm your zip code is cleared for shipping on a case by case basis.
  • The shipping carrier that will deliver your package varies depending on state. Please reach out to us to confirm what carrier will be delivering your package before addressing it to a customer service center owned by FedEx or UPS. 
  • A recipient 21 or older must be available to sign for the package.
  • At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • Tracking information for all out of state shipments is emailed separately from our third party shipping partners. We can provide this information for you upon request if you cannot find it.

+ When can I expect to receive my order?

Time in transit is dependent on your location. We do not guarantee delivery dates for any packages sent via standard shipping.

+ Does the weather affect shipping?

  • Extreme heat or cold kills delicious wine. During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases upon request until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during extreme weather, we cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wine upon delivery. 
  • Local weather events may rarely warrant cancellation of our once weekly collection for out of state shipments and will delay transit by one week.
