A sparkler of the rare Malvasia Rosa, a natural pink-berried mutation of the Malvasia Candia grape. Like all Donati Camillo's wines this is given skin contact, coming off as an coppery-pink ramato wine. All his wines are fermented in bottle, col fondo style, as opposed to the more industrial charmat method in tanks. Very aromatic, bone-dry and funky. Organic farming, native yeasts, no fining and without added sulfites.
