This is the entry red from Foradori and still an incredibly dynamic wine. Sourced from serval small plots this is 100% Teroldego grown on stony alluvial soils with pebbles and gravel. Farming is organic, ferments are with native yeasts, no filltering. This wine is fermented in steel before 15 months of aging in steel and used oak.
