A cuvée of all 60+ year old plantings of Nerello Mascalese from several vineyards on the slopes of Mount Etna. A structured red from volcanic soils, age-worthy yet ready to be drunk as it. Organically farmed grapes, native yeast fermented and not fined yet very slightly filtered.
